We have a formal Privacy Policy which can be made available on request. Most insurers also have a privacy policy which can be made available. Each year we will, in consultation with you, conduct a comprehensive analysis of the needs of our clients We conduct an annual review of all your covers and obtain terms and quotations from any reputable insurer that we consider suitable to fulfill those needs and provide an acceptable level of service. With a business of your size we will also be in regular contact throughout the year.

Our involvement does not cease each year once our renewal negotiations have been completed. It also encompasses: -

  • Collating and preparation of underwriting information.
  • Surveying of premises and preparation of marketing presentation (incl. video if required).
  • Marketing of policies, both locally and overseas if necessary.
  • Placement of covers.
  • Preparation of specialised wordings and endorsements for policy documents.

  • Arrangement of Premium Funding alternatives on your behalf. Our payment terms are 30 days from receipt of invoices. By providing options for premium funding we can ease the financial burden and spread your payments over time. We do not mind which payment method that you choose, as any commission we might earn here is only recompense for the time spent in procuring and administering the arrangement.

Perhaps the most critical service we provide is the management of claims. It is our policy to take an active role in the settlement of all claims by managing each matter from initial advice through to settlement. By monitoring and facilitating communications between all parties, claims can be settled quickly and efficiently. We will always vigorously defend our client’s entitlements under their policies. Where relevant, we will appoint claims professionals on your behalf to ensure your interests are paramount. It is not unreasonable for you to expect that the highest priority be given to the very reason that you choose to purchase insurance protection.
