Dispute resolution

We are committed to the fair, transparent and timely resolution of disputes. As part of our commitment we subscribe to Financial Ombudsman Service Pty Limited (FOS), an external dispute resolution service, which is accessible to clients free of charge in the event that they believe a complaint has not been satisfactorily dealt with by us.

As such clients who are not fully satisfied with our services ,should contact our complaints officer. We are also members of the Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS)., a free consumer service.

Our Dispute Resolution officer is Fintan Magee (03) 9397 3200 and we also adopt the General Insurance Brokers Code of Practice. Further information is available from our office, or you can contact the Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS). If your complaint cannot be resolved to your satisfaction by us you have the right to refer the matter to FOS.
